The conference venue is La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel, which is a five-star hotel in the La area in Accra. The hotel is combined to a conference centre and located on the beach and has also a nice size pool area. The location is close to the international airport and the city centre.

Both prices include full English breakfast, 12.5 % VAT and 2.5 % NHL.
To get these rates you need to book your room through the conference registration web site. To get your room registration confirmed you have to pay one night deposit when making the registration. This is also the guarantee for the room and will not be returned in the case of cancellation or non-show. The rest of the hotel bill you have to pay directly to the hotel during the conference (all major credit cards are accepted, VISA, Mastercard, Amex and Diners). The deposit will be deducted from your final hotel bill.
The organisers of the conference highly recommend you to book your accommodation to the La Palm hotel because of the heavy traffic in Accra and your convenience. The organisers will not provide transfers between other hotels and the conference venue during the conference.
