In addition to normal registration fee an early bird registration fee option is offered and special conditions will apply for students and young surveyors who attend the 1st FIG Young Surveyors Conference 4-5 May 2012. Rome and the social programme have a lot to offer for accompanying persons, so bring your family with you. Normal registration fees will vary from 520 EUR (early bird rate) to 680 EUR (late registration fee) including lunches, coffees and opening ceremony (incl. concert at Parco della Musica and welcome reception). CNGeGL is supporting participants staying at the conference hotel Rome Cavalieri Hilton Hotel. Full registration includes admission to all technical sessions and exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks with refreshments and the Opening Ceremony with concert and welcome reception; and farewell reception. Daily registration includes the social events included in the full registration in the day of registration. Accompanying person registration includes opening ceremony with concert and welcome reception as well as the closing ceremony and farewell reception and opportunity to book other social events and tours. Grants for participationThere is a limited number of grants for speakers from developing countries. The grant includes a free registration or registration at reduced rate, but no support for travelling or accommodation. Further request should be submitted to the FIG Office, email: fig@fig.net. |
