The China Land Surveying and Planning Institute (CLI) visits FIG office September 8, 2003

A delegation from the China Land and Surveying Institute (CLI) visited the FIG office September 8 on their tour to Europe. CLI was established in 1987 as a non-profit professional organisation belonging to the Ministry of Land and Resources of People's Republic of China. The main responsibility of CLI is to provide theoretical support and technical guarantees for land administration and policy decision making conducted by the Ministry. CLI has divisions on land resources surveying; land use planning; land policy research; cadastre; land prices; land information and engineering; remote sensing and also a land date centre.

The delegation was chaired by Mr. Zhou Jianchun, General Engineer and Deputy Director of CLI and the visit was organised by Ms. Feng Wenli, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Division.
