Conference Registration

The full registration fees include conference attendance, proceedings (CD-ROM), lunches and 2 coffee breaks from Wednesday to Friday), Welcome Reception, Ghanaian Evening and Gala Dinner/GhIS Awards Night and technical tour to LAP on Friday. However, for the Ghanaian  evening a donation of 10 EUR to the FIG Foundation will be automatically added to your final invoice.

Additional social programme and the technical tour on Saturday will be charged separately.

Registration fee for the accompanying persons includes participation to the opening ceremony, coffee/tea after the opening session, Welcome Reception, Ghanaian Evening and Gala Dinner/GhIS Awards Night and opportunity to register for social events and tours. However, for the Ghanaian  evening a donation of 10 EUR to the FIG Foundation will be automatically added to your final invoice.

Speakers from developing countries are requested to contact the conference organisers, if they need support to participate. The opportunities for support are limited and do not normally cover travel costs.

Registration is possible on line on the conference web site, click here for international delegates and here for delegates from Western Africa. Local participants shall register to GhIS and participants from the sub-region either to FIG or GHIS.

Costs

In the case of cancellations after registration the following policy on refunds will be used:

• By 20 December 2005 – full refund minus administration fee of € 50
• From 21 December to 10 February 2006 – 50 % of all payments
• After 10 February 2006 – no refund.

Payments shall be made by credit card (credit card charge is 3.75 %) at the time of registration or by a bank transfer to the FIG bank account. When paying by bank transfer please make sure that you pay all banking costs at both ends (please add 15 EUR to your payment for the banking costs in Denmark, if you don't know the banking costs from your country to Denmark).
