The conference will be held at the Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel, which is Cairo's premier hotel situated on the Nile. The Semiramis is in walking distance from the major shopping, commercial and business centers, the Egyptian Museum and the Cairo Opera House. The conference offers excellent meeting facilities to the conference and at the same time accommodation for reasonable prices.

      Payment

  • Payment for one night should be made together with the hotel reservation to get the reservation confirmed
  • Full payment shall be settled before 14 March 2005

     Cancellation policy

  • From the date of reservation to 14 February 2005 the total amount charged for the registration will be refunded to the participant
  • From 15 February 2005 to 14 March 2005 the amount charged for the reservation less the first night will be refunded
  • After 15 March 2005 the total amount charged for the reservation will be charged (no refund)
  • If the payments considitions are not followed, Wings Group has the right to cancel the reservation.
