				|  | Mika-Petteri Torhonen, World BankDr. Mika-Petteri Torhonen is the Global Lead on Land of the 
				World Bank based in Singapore. He is a Land Surveyor specialized 
				in tenure security and land registration programs since early 
				1990’s. He leads the World Bank’s professional Community of 
				Practice of land administration specialists and Mika has been 
				instrumental in developing the World Bank’s investment lending 
				and knowledge operations portfolio in land and geospatial system 
				modernization. His current interest areas include
				
				access to land for climate actions and
				
				infrastructure development, and developing property 
				valuation standards, infrastructure and solutions. Mika is a 
				Finnish National and holds a Doctor of Science Degree from the 
				Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto University).  |  
				|  | Dr Diane Dumashie, FIG President
Diane, president of the International Federation of 
				Surveyors, emphasizes in the FIG 
				Council Work Plan 2023-2026 the imperative for a sustainable 
				profession that provides services in a sustainable manner and 
				aligns with the global sustainable development agenda. It 
				highlights the urgency to take action now to address the climate 
				agenda. Diane is widely acknowledged as a creative and strategic 
				business thinker with a proven ability to lead and manage 
				change, to energise and resolve complex issues and deliver 
				successful outcomes for all stakeholders. This has led her into 
				the field of knowledge transfer including designing and 
				facilitating workshops for National and Local governments to 
				adapt to organisational change, helping Professionals and 
				grassroots organisations to accommodate global drivers and 
				leading study visits for Business and Ministry senior teams to 
				assess in country context and strategic next steps.
 |  Closing CeremonyAt the Closing Ceremony a resolution and call for action text will be 
		presented. This call for action text will be based on the outcome of 
		each of the sessions during the Regional Conference. The Call for 
		Action will be presented by Dr. Clarissa Augustinus. 
		 PublicationA publication will be published after the conference with summaries 
		from each session and the Call for Action. This Call to Action aims to 
		deliver concrete strategies and actionable recommendations to:
