Not yet, but the association is currently designing and developing drafts for publishing monthly magazines.

10. Objectives and ethics

The goal of the Association is the integration of organizations (companies) with the purpose of carrying out the uniform technical policy, increase of the qualification of the work and protecting their interests.

The objectives of the Association are:

  • Preserving of the rights of surveyors;
  • Provision of the assistance for acquisition of the modern technical and technological resources, receiving of the information, processing and dissemination;
  • Provision of the consultations;
  • Provision of the professional help for obtaining the licenses;
  • Organization of training courses to increase the professional qualification;
  • Provide the public awareness and help for distributing the legislative documents, related to specific materials and the top-experience of Association members;
  • The introduction of outstanding technologies into the work;
  • The creation of communication both with International organizations and with similar type of International organizations from different countries;
  • The creation of data bank concerning the professional staff;
  • The advertising of the activity of the Association.

11. Routes of entry to membership

  • The academic training program to this level is organized by the State Committee of Real Property Cadastre of the Government of the Republic of Armenia;
  • Prior to acquisition of the title, no special approved professional experience is required on completion of academic training;
  • For continuing professional development, there is a mandatory requirement for passing the above-mentioned training courses at least once a year.
  • The association admits technician and sub-professional members.

14. Statutory recognition

All the Association members should deal with the cadastral surveying activities, nevertheless they can undertake other activities. The cadastral surveying work can be done not only by the Association members but also from the side of any other surveyor licensed by the State Committee of Real Property Cadastre of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
