Registration form to the FIG Congress 2022 - On-site attendance

Please note that registration fee for the conference, the dinner and the pre-events must be paid prior to the FIG Congress. The attendance is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Delegate registration fee includes the conference programme, access to the exhibition area, lunches and coffees, welcome reception, opening ceremony, farewell reception and conference bag.

Virtual attendance will be possible with access to a limited number of sessions. The registration for online participation will open later. Please note that presenters are requested to attend in person.

All fees are incl. 23% VAT

Young Surveyor registration: There is a separate registration form for Young Surveyors; bachelor and master students, or professionals graduated within 5 years. Young surveyors must pre-register to show they are eligible to the reduced fee. To register, please visit YS registration

Conference Bag choice
At each conference a conference bag is included in the fee. We will continue to offer a bag for those who are interested. If you are not interested in a bag and do not want to use it, we give the option that the organisers will in stead donate a sum equivalent to the bag price to a charity. NOTE: Administration fee for online payments is 2% of the total cost. Administration fee for bank transfer is a fixed sum of EUR 10.

NOTE: In the case of cancellations after registration the following policy on refunds will be used:

  • By Jun 13, 2022 (90 days or more before the starting day of the conference) - full refund minus administration fee of EUR 50
  • On or after Jun 14, 2022 up to Aug 12, 2022 (30 to 89 days before the starting day) - 50% of all payments
  • After Aug 12, 2022 - No refund.
