RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre is uniquely situated, a mere 12 minutes from the city centre and 8 minutes from Schiphol international airport; it even has its own train and metro stations as well as a tram stop right outside! Moreover, all of Amsterdam’s cultural and nightlife attractions are within easy reach. Right next to the A10 ring road, RAI Amsterdam is easily accessible by car too. The RAI also boasts 6,250 parking spaces and its own harbour provides a direct link to the capital’s historic canal system.
The exhibition will be held in at the Auditorium Lounge, Onyx Lounger (Ground Floor) and Upper Lounge and Emerald lounge (First Floor).
The Auditorium Lounge surrounds the auditorium (Plenary Hall) on the ground floor, together with the Onyx Lounge a great place to have the exhibition. On the upper floor around the auditorium balcony lies the Upper Lounge and the Emerald Lounge. All the four lounges are spacious and open and are centrally located at the RAI Conference Centre.
The participants will walk through the Onyx and Auditorium lounges when going to the sessions rooms, which are located on the upper floor. The booths, also located at the first floor, will be part of the walking-route of the participants. The FIG and the Local Organising Committee strives for a efficient use of the floor where exhibitors, participants and others can meet up effectual.
Around the exhibition area – Gournd Floor as well the Upper Floor – the catering is situated, so the exhibition is the place to meet and connect.
