Welcome to our Scientific and Practical Conference:
" The New Era of Real
Estate Modeling: Insights into Current Practice, AVMs, AI, and Future
Challenges "
Throughout this event, we will explore the future of real estate
modeling, focusing on the pivotal role of Automated Valuation Models (AVMs)
and AI-driven innovations in transforming the valuation profession. The
conference will provide a comprehensive overview of current AVM practices,
practical applications, and technological advancements shaping the industry.
Our discussions will delve into key topics such as the ethical use of AI,
data security and protection, and the potential of blockchain technology to
ensure data integrity and transparency in property valuation. Special
attention will be given to mass appraisal systems, exploring their
integration with emerging technologies to create robust and scalable
solutions for property taxation. We will also highlight the transition from
traditional regression-based approaches to cutting-edge machine learning and
AI models, offering insights into the human-machine synergy in valuation
processes.
Practical workshops will cover real-world applications, including data
acquisition, preprocessing, and securing sensitive information to ensure
accurate and trustworthy results. Finally, the conference will focus on
blockchain technology as a tool to enhance valuation practices and taxation
systems, particularly regarding data reliability and the secure transfer of
property information. Our goal is to inspire thought-provoking discussions
and establish a collaborative platform for sharing knowledge, experiences,
and groundbreaking advancements in real estate modeling and valuation.
Goals:
- Foster a collaborative environment for professionals, academics, and
regulators to share experiences and knowledge in real estate valuation,
AI, and data management.
- Encourage the integration of AI and blockchain technologies in
valuation practices to ensure transparency, accuracy, and security in
data-driven processes.
- Promote standardized and ethical practices in the use of AVMs and
mass appraisal systems that comply with global valuation and taxation
standards.
- Stimulate innovation in developing new tools and methods for real
estate valuation and property taxation, ensuring adaptability to the
evolving market.
- Emphasize the importance of data security and protection in
valuation and taxation processes, fostering trust in AI-driven models
and blockchain-based solutions.
- Provide insights into taxation-related challenges and opportunities,
discussing how modern technologies can enhance tax systems and ensure
fairness and equity in real estate markets.
Opportunities, Activities and Target audience:
- Opportunities for attendees to engage with experts, thought leaders,
and peers in the industry.
- Publication of a post-conference report summarising key insights and
recommendations.
- Establishment of a task force to examine the integration of
conference findings with global valuation standards.
